Training for Trainers and Animators
Training Leaders for Green Sport Activities
The training has been designed for coaches and animators who want to develop modern, engaging, and safe forms of activity for intergenerational groups. Participants gain practical tools for working with diverse age groups, methods for building cooperation, and ideas for combining sport with environmental education. The programme is based on workshops, team exercises, and the joint design of activities that can later be implemented locally. An important part of the training is the development of communication skills, strengthening social integration, and showing that green sport can successfully connect generations and build lasting relationships within the community.
